Owners of Bernese Mountain Dogs since 2005, Bonno's Berners is a small breeder located in beautiful South Orange, New Jersey, just about 20 miles from New York City. We specialize in providing dog lovers with happy and healthy puppies that will have long and joyful lives, bringing their owners endless and unforgettable memories. The love for Bernese Mountain Dogs started with co-owner Marcela when she lived in Geneva, Switzerland and was gifted Bonno, a male Berner, for her 20th birthday. Marcela returned to the United States and brought Bonno back with her, and he lived to almost 14 years old, passing away in early 2019. Now Marcela and her husband David (who was not a big dog fan when they first met) own and breed amazing dogs in honor of Bonno - the puppy that touched everyone's lives. This is our ultimate goal at Bonno's Berners: to provide dog lovers with a puppy that will be a vital part of a family and love humans forever. At Bonno's Berners we are incredibly thankful to all prospective dog owners for allowing us to be a small part of this journey, and promise you that this will be an adventure of a lifetime!
